Taking the stress out of all moves - ensuring that clients’ business operations and revenue stream are not disrupted during commercial property relocations, whether moving to alternate premises or relocating within existing space

  • Attending on site to measure premises and thereafter prepare floor plans to scale
  • Preparing an inventory of furniture and accurately measuring each piece of furniture in order that it can be correctly included on the floor plans
  • Liaising with client to prepare finalised floor plans showing all items of furniture correctly located on the plans. Taking detailed instructions from the client if the client is not remaining on site during the packing, moving and unpacking period (“the moving period”)
  • Setting and monitoring the budget
  • Creating and monitoring the schedule
  • Securing the services of accredited removal personnel, to include the provision of packing boxes, wardrobe boxes and all other packing materials to ensure that all items are carefully and correctly packed and unpacked
  • Relocating client to a local hotel for the duration of the moving period
  • Pet care for the duration of the moving period
  • Attending and remaining on site for the entirety of the moving period. Supervising removal personnel and ensuring that the client’s wishes are adhered to at all times
  • Securing services of cleaning staff to prepare the premises for the client’s occupation
  • Relocation-planning and management can be undertaken for both commercial and domestic premises in Jersey, and overseas
