• Accessing the SF database to cross-reference the property with prospective Lessees
  
• Interviewing and attending at property with prospective Lessees
  
• Liaising with the States of Jersey Housing Department and any other relevant authorities
  
• Drafting Lease or Licence
  
• Drafting Schedule of Conditions
  
• Drafting Inventory of Contents
  
• Liaising with the Lessor and Lessee to ensure that all parties understand and agree the terms of the Lease or Licence
  
• Managing all financial matters pertaining to the deposits and rents to be paid
